Senior Estimator

Salary: up to $140k base + great benefits

Client: A well-established GC focusing on commercial, health care, and industrial is seeking a Senior Estimator to support complex projects from conceptual design through final construction documents.

Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual budgets from early drawings, schematic documents, and project narratives.


• Gather subcontractor input and market pricing to produce accurate estimates.


• Prepare preliminary budgets, proposals, and detailed cost plans.


• Lead estimating efforts with internal team members, project managers, and external partners.


• Identify missing information and determine what is required to complete each estimate.


• Work directly with the current estimating leader while developing toward increased responsibility.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of construction estimating experience.


• Strong conceptual and schematic estimating experience.


• Experience estimating commercial projects with subcontractor involvement.


• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.


• Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.


• Self-motivated, open to learning, and interested in long-term career growth.
