May provide general support for a team, or partner with an escrow officer. Primarily focused on residential transactions.HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTEPerforms wide range of administrative support duties requiring broad experience, skill and knowledge of organization and escrow policies and practices.

Works independently to resolve a wide range of inquiries.Prepares documents for a wide range of transactions, such as closing statements, settlement statements, wraps, assignments, and mobile homesCreates and maintains files, records, reports; monitor and track workflowResponds to inquiries and gathers information to resolve issuesCommunicates information to responsible partiesMay train / provide guidance to less experienced team membersMay assist Escrow Offices with business development and customer serviceOther duties as assignedWHAT YOU'LL BRINGRequired Education, Experience, Certification/LicensureHigh School diploma or equivalent4+ years experience directly related experienceNeeds proficiency in more complicated residential transactionsKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES (KSAs)Broad experience with escrow transactionsStrong customer service skillsProblem solving skillsStrong organizational skillsKnowledge of MS Office suiteExcellent verbal/written communication skillsAble to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude at all timesStrong detail orientationAbility to analyze, compare, interpret and process dataStrong knowledge of company and/or client operating systemsPay Range: $23.37 - $31.14 HourlyFirst American will consider for employment all qualified applicants, including those with arrest or conviction records, in a manner consistent with the requirements of applicable state and local laws (e.g., the Los Angeles County Fair Chance Ordinance for Employers and the California Fair Chance Act).First American intends to conduct a review of an applicant's criminal history in connection with a conditional offer.
