PNC invites applications for a Licensed Escalations Representative Senior in its Wealth Management division. Based remotely within EST or CST, you will resolve complex escalated issues with institutional impact, coach the escalation team, and coordinate resolutions with senior leaders while complying with regulatory and investor requirements.
You will document the resolution process, act as SME for escalations, and advocate for customers according to our CARES principles.
