Leading onboarding for new customers, the full-time Senior ERP Solutions Consultant will drive product implementation, manage customer requirements, and collaborate with product teams in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Lead onboarding and end-to-end implementation for new customers, configuring the product to meet their specific needs Conduct training and Q&A sessions with customers and stakeholders to ensure effective product utilization Manage multiple onboarding projects proactively, collaborating with product and engineering teams to address customer requests Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in roles such as Procurement/Sourcing Manager or ERP/P2P Systems Consultant Prior experience with the implementation or administration of procurement tools or ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics, SAP Ariba) Experience working with product and engineering teams Strong software configuration skills, with a proactive approach to customer satisfaction Ability to effectively communicate and manage customer expectations
