Owning the hands-on design, build, and support of the NetSuite ERP environment, the full-time Senior ERP Engineer will manage architecture, configuration, and customization while collaborating with Finance, Operations, and Technology stakeholders in a remote or hybrid capacity. Key responsibilities Oversee the architecture, configuration, and customization of the NetSuite instance across various business processes Design and implement customizations using SuiteScript and SuiteFlow, and maintain advanced reports and dashboards Lead integration efforts between NetSuite and adjacent systems, ensuring data integrity and performance Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in an ERP-focused engineering role, preferably as a NetSuite Consultant or Business Analyst Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Accounting, or a related field, or equivalent experience NetSuite certifications (Administrator, ERP Consultant) are preferred Proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and data management tools for NetSuite Strong understanding of core business processes across Finance, Accounting, Procurement, and Order Management
