The City of Charlotte is seeking an Equipment Operator Senior for the CDL Pathway. This role operates heavy equipment such as backhoes, front-end loaders, and trucks, supporting street maintenance and paving projects.
Selected applicants will receive time to earn a CDL Class A license through an 8-week offsite course, with pay during training. Upon completion and licensing, you will join a crew to perform full-time equipment operations from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with a December 7, 2026 start date.
