To enhance pediatric care coordination and outcomes, the full-time remote Senior Epic MyChart Analyst will configure, maintain, and optimize the Epic MyChart application, supporting patient access to health records and self-service features for primary care clinics across the region. Key responsibilities Configure and optimize the Epic MyChart application to improve patient engagement and access to health services Provide support for the Community Connect program and collaborate with primary care clinics to enhance service delivery Lead projects and committees related to the implementation and management of Epic MyChart functionalities Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience Minimum of five years of experience with clinical, hospital, and/or financial applications and systems Proven project management skills and experience leading committees and projects Epic Certification required within six months of employment, including up to two test retakes Experience with Epic Hyperspace applications is preferred
