To support the Healthy Planet and Compass Rose initiatives, the full-time remote Senior EPIC Configuration Analyst will leverage in-depth knowledge of Epic System software to conduct analysis, provide tier-2 support, and collaborate with teams to enhance application functionality and workflows. Key responsibilities Perform in-depth analysis of workflows and technical issues associated with Epic software, including design, build, testing, and maintenance of solutions Provide tier-2 support for application incidents and collaborate with colleagues to resolve maintenance items and enhancement requests Develop and maintain requirements, specifications, and test cases for new or enhanced functionality within department applications Required qualifications Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of IT or business experience 2 years of Epic-specific experience, with the option to substitute 6 years of additional experience in lieu of a degree Epic certification in supporting applications, along with additional proficiency or certifications in related application areas
