To support a growing healthcare organization, the full-time remote Senior EPIC Configuration Analyst will manage the design, build, testing, and maintenance of Epic software solutions, providing tier-2 support and collaborating with teams to enhance system functionality. Key responsibilities: Provide tier-2 support for application incidents and perform in-depth analysis to resolve issues and implement enhancements Develop and maintain requirements, specifications, and test cases for new or enhanced functionality in department applications Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to create workflows and solutions that improve user productivity and efficiency Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of IT or business experience, or 6 years of additional experience in lieu of a degree 2 years of Epic-specific experience Epic certification in supporting application with additional proficiency/certification in related areas Professional Billing certification required; preferred certifications include Professional Claims and Charge Router
