We are seeking a Senior EPBCS Technical Lead with strong expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud to design, develop, and support enterprise planning and budgeting solutions.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and support EPBCS applications for planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Build and maintain business rules, calculation scripts, and forecasting models
- Develop and optimize data integration workflows using Data Management and REST APIs
- Integrate EPBCS with Oracle Fusion ERP/HCM and other enterprise systems
- Use Groovy scripting for automation, calculations, and data transformations
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues with root cause analysis
- Optimize application performance, data loads, and reporting processes
- Support reporting, dashboards, UAT, deployment, and production support
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members
- Work in Agile/DevOps environments and ensure best practices and governance
Required Skills
- 7–10+ years of EPBCS/Oracle EPM Cloud experience
- Strong experience in Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting modules
- Knowledge of FCCS, PCMCS, and ARCS
- Strong experience with Oracle Fusion ERP/HCM integrations
- Hands‑on expertise in Groovy scripting (mandatory)
- Experience with REST APIs and Data Management
- Strong understanding of financial planning, data modeling, and reporting
- Experience with Agile and DevOps practices
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills
