Senior Environmental Project Manager

About the Role
We're looking for an experienced environmental professional to step into a senior leadership role focused on site investigation and remediation. This position is ideal for someone who thrives on technical challenges, enjoys mentoring, and wants a strategic voice in shaping a growing regional practice.
As a senior leader, you'll:
- Manage and deliver complex investigation and remediation projects
- Oversee scopes, budgets, and schedules for multiple projects
- Mentor and develop technical staff while fostering a strong safety culture
- Build and maintain client relationships and represent the team at industry events
- Collaborate with regulatory agencies on high-profile programs (RCRA, CERCLA, TSCA)
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in site assessment and remediation
- Strong project management skills
- California PG or PE license (other certifications considered)
- Proven ability to navigate complex environmental programs and regulatory processes
- Track record of client development and team leadership
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $125,000-$195,000 (based on experience)
