Location: Irvine, California

Compensation: $120,000 - $160,000 base salary D.O.E.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver environmental investigation and remediation projects from planning through completion
• Lead multidisciplinary teams of environmental scientists, geologists, engineers, and technical specialists
• Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client expectations
• Provide technical leadership on complex remediation and site characterization programs
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and regulatory agencies
• Support business development efforts, including client relationship management, proposal preparation, RFP responses, and strategic pursuits
• Mentor junior and mid-level staff and contribute to team development initiatives
• Collaborate with leadership on project strategy, resource planning, and growth objectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Geology, Environmental Science, or a related discipline
• 12+ years of environmental consulting experience
• 5+ years of project management and multidisciplinary team leadership experience
• Demonstrated experience leading site investigation and remediation projects for large, technically complex sites
• Strong understanding of environmental regulations, remedial technologies, and project delivery best practices
• Proven client management and business development experience, including bid preparation and proposal development
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional Geologist (PG) or Professional Engineer (PE) license
• Experience managing federal environmental projects and contracts
• Established relationships with public and private sector clients
• Experience leading large project teams and managing multiple concurrent projects
