Senior Environmental Engineer

We are looking for a Lead Environmental Engineer to provide technical and project leadership within a manufacturing environment.

This role offers significant autonomy, with a strong focus on process improvement, automation, operational efficiency, and SOP optimisation .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects and processes with limited managerial oversight.
• Develop and implement operational plans.
• Identify and implement automation and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Analyse and redesign SOPs to improve effectiveness and efficiency.
• Use operational data to improve quality, performance, and processes.
• Coach, mentor, and delegate work to junior professionals.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Recommend and implement innovative solutions to operational challenges.

• Proven experience in SOP redesign and process improvement .
• Experience identifying and implementing automation opportunities .
• Ability to independently lead complex projects.
• Experience coaching and mentoring junior professionals.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent stakeholder communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working onsite in a manufacturing environment .
