We support critical national security programs and partner closely with Intelligence Community leaders to drive impactful outcomes.Position Overview: TRIAEM is seeking Senior Enterprise Systems Integrators to support a growing program within NGA's CIO-T environment. This role sits within the Engineering & Emerging Operations (EEO) Team, supporting leadership decision-making across the full lifecycle of enterprise IT systems.
This is a high-visibility role focused on enterprise integration, mission alignment, and strategic engineering execution.Key Responsibilities:Lead integration across NGA CIO-T systems, ensuring interoperability across complex environmentsDeliver engineering solutions supporting TCPED, mission partners, Combatant Commands, and IC stakeholdersSupport system design, development, certification, and deploymentStrategic Advisory:Provide technical recommendations for architecture, roadmap planning, and modernization initiativesDevelop executive briefings and decision-support materialsAgile Execution:Support enterprise-scale SAFe Agile execution across multiple release trainsCoordinate across development teams to manage dependencies and integration challengesLead and participate in planning sessions and stakeholder meetingsCybersecurity & Compliance:Support cybersecurity compliance efforts, audits, and risk mitigationEnsure alignment with NGA CIO-T policies and governanceOperations & Mission Support:Support operations and maintenance of NGA applications and infrastructureContribute to incident, change, and problem management processesSupport outage management, review boards, and mission partner coordinationStakeholder Engagement:Coordinate with mission owners, leadership, and external partnersDrive collaboration and alignment across organizationsSupport enterprise transformation initiativesRequired Qualifications:Active TS/SCI clearance (required)Master's degree + 10 years of experience OR Bachelor's + 12 years of experienceExperience in systems engineering, integration, or architectureExperience supporting NSG/NGA or NRO mission environmentsKnowledge of NGA IT systems, infrastructure, and high-availability environmentsExperience working across IC/DoD stakeholdersExperience with NGA development lifecycle models (SAFe Agile, devops)Full lifecycle IT systems experience (design through deployment)Desired Qualifications:Experience with NGA cybersecurity compliance initiativesProject engineering or program management experienceStrong technical and schedule analysis capabilityWhy TRIAEM:Direct impact on national security missionHigh-visibility role supporting NGA leadershipCollaborative, mission-driven cultureGrowing program with strong stability and advancementWork Environment:Onsite in Springfield, VAFast-paced, mission-critical environmentSkills & Requirements Qualifications: TRIAEM LLC is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
