Our strategy includes building teams across our global network to pioneer and shape the future of PCI.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop enterprise architecture frameworks and technology standards for infrastructure and security domainsCreate reference architectures for cloud (Azure, AWS), hybrid, and on-premises environmentsLead architecture review board and provide governance for significant technology decisionsEvaluate emerging technologies and provide strategic recommendations (build vs. buy analysis)Design IT/OT architecture patterns for manufacturing and industrial environmentsEstablish cloud strategy including multi-cloud governance, workload placement, and cost optimizationReview and approve MSP solution designs ensuring alignment with enterprise standardsDefine technical debt management strategy and modernization roadmapCreate architecture documentation including diagrams, decision records, and standards catalogsMentor technical staff on architecture principles and best practicesSupport M&A activities with technology due diligence and integration architectureAlign technology architecture with business capabilities and strategic objectivesRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field10+ years of progressive IT experience with 5+ years in enterprise architecture rolesDemonstrated experience developing enterprise architecture for organizations of 5,000+ usersDeep expertise in cloud architecture (Azure and/or AWS) with hands-on design experienceStrong infrastructure architecture knowledge (compute, storage, network, virtualization)Experience with architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, or similar)Excellent communication skills for presenting to executive and board audiencesStrong vendor management and technology evaluation capabilitiesExperience in regulated industries with compliance architecture requirementsPreferred QualificationsMaster's degree in technology or business administrationTOGAF 9.x certificationAzure Solutions Architect Expert or AWS Solutions Architect ProfessionalPharmaceutical or manufacturing industry experienceExperience with IT/OT convergence and industrial architectureKnowledge of Zero Trust architecture implementationTechnical Skills & ToolsAzure architecture (landing zones, hub-spoke, governance)AWS architecture (Well-Architected Framework)VMware vSphere / Cloud FoundationCisco enterprise networkingStorage architecture (SAN, NAS, object storage)Identity architecture (Entra ID, AD)Security architecture patternsVeeam / enterprise backup architectureArchitecture modeling tools (Visio, LucidChart, ArchiMate)Key Performance IndicatorsArchitecture standards documentation (target: complete framework in 6 months)Architecture review board effectiveness (target: 100% major projects reviewed)Technical debt reduction (target: 20% reduction in legacy systems YoY)Cloud cost optimization (target: 15% efficiency improvement)Stakeholder satisfaction (target: >4.0/5.0)Join us and be part of building the bridge between life changing therapies and patients.
