Senior Enrollment Specialist

Driving enrollment performance across multiple clinical research sites, the full-time Senior Enrollment Specialist will manage enrollment strategies, optimize candidate conversion, and support study launches while serving as a subject matter expert and mentor within the Enrollment department. Key Responsibilities Partner with Enrollment Leadership to develop and execute enrollment strategies across multiple studies and sites Analyze enrollment funnel performance and identify opportunities to improve candidate progression Directly supervise and manage Enrollment Specialists, including performance management and professional development Required Qualifications 2+ years in clinical research enrollment, patient recruitment, or a comparable conversion-focused role strongly preferred Experience using data to diagnose performance problems and influence decisions Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning CRM/clinical trial management platforms (e.g., Salesforce, CRIO) Demonstrated ownership of conversion, throughput, or pipeline metrics Experience mentoring, training, or informally leading peers
