Join a team that thrives on innovation, strategic thinking, and turning tough challenges into real results.Job DescriptionYou'll be the final checkpoint before our designs get to our customers—testing, validating, and making sure everything performs to perfection.Set up and run qualification tests on precision bellows, assemblies, and finished partsRead and understand technical drawings, qualification test plans, and customer specificationsWork with engineers to develop test setups capable of meeting test requirementsSupport multiple test plans simultaneously with multiple active tests per planUse mechanical tools and test equipment to run qualification testsIdentify and work to correct test issuesKeep quality, safety, and data integrity at the forefront of everythingUse basic computer systems for data entry and job trackingMaintain and grow the capabilities of the engineering test labSupport your team—train others, share knowledge, and raise the barQualificationsWhat You Bring:Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving skillsAbility to read and interpret technical drawings/printsComfortable following written work instructions and proceduresHigh level of attention to detail and commitment to qualitySkills in rigorous note-taking and data collectionWorking knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic systems, including hoses, valves, and regulatorsComfortable working with high-pressure systems (6,000+ PSI)Ability to accurately install, read, and interpret pressure and temperature gaugesAbility to assemble basic electrical wiring of the sensors and valves necessary to run testsA high school diploma, GED, or technical school associates degreeExperience working in a laboratory environment5-10 years experience in a hands-on technician roleAdditional InformationHiring Range: $76,000-96,000 annually.
