• Leads and manages programs supporting secure software delivery capabilities
• Develops and maintains schedules, deliverables, and engagement plans
• Coordinates activities across engineering, Product Security, and supporting organizations
• Provides user support and engagement for internal customers
• Identifies and drives process improvements to enhance efficiency, scalability, and service delivery
• Communicates program status, risks, and issues
• Supports adoption of security-related capabilities such as code signing, certificates, keys, and related controls
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- Typically, 6-10 years of program or project management experience in engineering, technology, or infrastructure environments
- Experience managing cross-functional initiatives within matrixed organizations
- Strong experience with program and project planning tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong business acumen and experience working across multiple stakeholders and teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
- Familiarity with code signing digital certificates, PKI, or cryptographic controls is a plus
