Senior Engineering Recruiter for Core Infrastructure (Remote)

Helius is hiring a senior engineering recruiter to own full-cycle searches for backend, infrastructure, and systems roles. You’ll report to the VP of People and collaborate with Engineering leadership to define success profiles, calibrate levels, and push back on mismatches.

You’ll build outbound pipelines, source from both large-scale infra firms and startups, and run high-signal interviews in Ashby to move quickly without lowering the bar.
