Onsite Full Time General
* Lead teams in development of proposals, statements of work and associated cost estimates
* Serve as the technical point of contact for customers and the program manager
* Define and implement project scope, objectives, and deliverables
* Prepare schedules and resource forecasting in Microsoft Project
* Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets using Earned Value Management metrics
* Lead risk management to identify and mitigate risks and issues affecting project delivery
* Control scope growth through baseline change management
* Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and practices
* Lead and manage a team of engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship
* Report directly to the Director of Project Engineering
* Support Weather Radar engineering projects within Honeywell Aerospace's CNS organization
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics
* Minimum 10 years of project experience or technical CM role developing FAA/EASA certified commercial avionics systems in the Aerospace industry
* Experience with CNS products and PE processes
* Gold Level EVMS certification or Project Management Professional Certification (PMP)
* Ability to lead teams to fast, practical solutions using Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
* Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
* Adaptability and flexibility to manage changing project requirements
* Passion for innovation and continuous learning
* Able to travel to customer and internal Honeywell Aerospace meetings both domestic and international
* Advanced degree preferred
* Must be a U.S. Person: a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, protected status under asylum or refugee status, or able to obtain an export authorization
