Senior Engineering Consultant | Microsoft Power Platform

We’re looking for a Senior Engineering Consultant with deep Microsoft Power Platform expertise to help shape the architecture, engineering standards, and technical direction of enterprise-scale applications.
This is a senior technical leadership role for someone who can combine hands-on Power Platform expertise with architecture, consulting, and mentorship while partnering with engineering teams, architects, and business stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
- Define architecture and engineering standards across Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power Pages
- Provide architectural guidance for Canvas Apps and Model-Driven Apps
- Establish integration patterns across Power Platform, APIs, Azure services, and enterprise systems
- Lead technical and code reviews while mentoring development teams
- Define best practices around ALM, environment strategy, CI/CD, security, and deployment automation
- Serve as a senior escalation point for complex architecture, integration, performance, and production issues
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and recommendations
- Drive Power Platform governance and engineering best practices
What We’re Looking For
- 7+ years of software engineering, architecture, application development, or technical consulting experience
- 4+ years of hands-on Microsoft Power Platform experience
- Strong expertise with Power Apps, Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, custom connectors, and enterprise integrations
- Experience defining architecture standards and engineering best practices
- Experience with ALM, source control, automated deployments, security, and identity management
- Proven experience conducting code reviews and providing technical mentorship
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
