Key responsibilities Perform advanced technical problem-solving to support power plant operations and make technical decisions Provide technical expertise and consultation to identify and resolve equipment and system problems while mentoring other engineers Conduct independent research and analyses in support of technical projects, ensuring compliance with design criteria and industry regulations Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline and 6 years of related industry experience, or an Associate's degree with 8 years of experience, or a high school diploma with 9 years of experience (6 at the exempt level) Working knowledge of engineering processes and systems relevant to the specific functional area Ability to maintain unescorted access requirements and pass medical examinations as needed
