Join us and help shape the future of aerospace and defense.What You Will Do:Support the Advanced Concepts group in the discovery, optimization, and analysis of new commercial and military engine conceptsInvent, size, optimize and analyze thermal management systems to support novel thermodynamic cycles and engine conceptsWork across commercial and military organizations to make novel discoveries to meet the challenges of the 21st centuryQualifications You Must Have:Bachelor's degree in engineeringMinimum of 5 years of relevant experience in engineering; or a Masters degree in a relevant field, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience; or a Ph.D. in a relevant fieldFundamental knowledge of heat transfer; heat exchanger sizing and technology; and thermal management systemsU.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S.

citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contractQualifications We Prefer:Advanced degree desirable - Engineering Masters or Ph.D.Familiarity with commercial and/or military engine businessesAero engine durability experience and knowledge of aero engine durability technologiesFundamental knowledge of optimization techniques and multi-disciplinary design optimization (MDO)Ability to obtain a DoD security clearanceWhat We Offer:BenefitsRelocation Package
