Professional Engineer (Pe)
Hiring Range: $82,000 - $90,000 DOQ
Licensed, experienced Professional Engineer (PE) with asset portfolio responsibilities, as appropriate, to provide project management and team leadership for City mobility, stormwater, sanitary sewer utility, and facilities engineering projects. An experienced engineering project manager capable of best practice supervisory and/or work program team leader responsibilities as required. An Engineer who can maintain high-quality standards while moving projects forward within budget and on schedule. Must have the ability to multitask and complete many varying assignments and projects. Position reports to the Engineering Services Department Director.
Minimum Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering and four (4) years directly related engineering experience and project management capacity
- Current State of Florida Professional Engineer license or current Professional Engineer license from another State that can transfer within six (6) months of hire
- Valid Florida Driver's License or the ability to obtain one within two (2) months of hire
