Senior Engineer, Industrial EngineeringWe are seeking a highly skilled and analytical engineer to join Sandisk's Supply Chain Planning organization. In this role, you will support end-to-end planning and execution by translating business requirements, supply constraints, and operational realities into actionable, data-driven plans. You will work across multiple planning horizons and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to drive alignment, operational efficiency, and informed decision-making.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Analyze demand, supply, capacity, and inventory data to identify imbalances, risks, and opportunities across short-, mid-, and longer-term planning horizonsDevelop and evaluate range- and scenario-based plans to assess trade-offs related to capacity, yield, inventory, and service levelsDrive actions to optimize material and resource utilization in support of revenue, margin, and service objectivesOwn forecast performance and drive continuous improvement in forecast accuracyPartner with cross-functional teams to identify and address material, capacity, and operational constraints, ensuring plans are executable and alignedSupport business and operations reviews by translating complex planning data into clear insights, options, and recommendationsServe as a key liaison across Business Units, Operations, Planning, and Finance to ensure alignment between strategic objectives and execution plansLeverage advanced planning systems and analytical tools to enable constraint-based planning and data-driven decision-makingDrive continuous improvement initiatives to improve planning accuracy, reduce manual effort, and enhance operational efficiencySupport process standardization and documentation to improve planning clarity, transparency, and scalabilityQualificationsRequired:Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field; or Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of relevant experienceExperience in planning, operations, or supply chain analytics within a manufacturing or complex supply environmentKnowledge or hands-on experience with Advanced Planning Systems (e.g., i2 / Blue Yonder, Anaplan)Strong understanding of end-to-end planning concepts, including demand–supply balancing and constraint management
