Ensure proper O&M of Mechanical systems (HVAC) there-by improving system stability & reducing energy consumptions, apart from certifications compliance – Energy Management System ( ISO – ) etc

Key Accountabilities
Contract & SLA monitoring for Mechanical :-
- Annual Comprehensive Maintenance Services of HVAC system
- Rate Contract of Repair of HVAC system, PCB and Pump
Preparation of BOQ/Specifications/Makes.
Submissions of MIS, Energy Saving Reports
Registration & Implementation of Improvement works and Kaizens.
Should be flexible to work in different shifts

Cordinated with OEMs like M/s Honeywell, York, Johnson Controls and other vendors
Concessionaires, Airlines, Aviation Services and other all contractors in Terminal
Securities -- CISF team

Operations department – Terminal Operations, Standards, Security, AOCC, QSD, Corporate Relations,Commercial – Aero / Non-aero and
Central Stores Department.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS
BE/B-Tech in Mechanical Engineering
Relevant Experience
3 to 6 years of experience with HVAC field for degree holders .
Experience in Building MEP services
