Maintains and creates documentation for supported platforms and systems to meet all regulatory requirements/standards**JOB REQUIREMENTS:**Education & Experience Required:* 5-7 Years technically related experience* Applied Science Degree (Engineering preferred) 7+ years technical experience* BS Degree (Electrical Engineering preferred) 5+ years technical experience* MS Degree (Electrical Engineering preferred) 1+ years technical experienceSkills/Abilities:* Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.* Strong understanding of Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems* Strong troubleshooting skills**MAJOR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** **(Scope of work - range of responsibilities):**• Understanding of relevant Compliance Regulations and Policies (NERC-CIP, etc) • Able to evaluate accuracy of the information in the Control System under supervision. • Understanding of the NERC-CIP ECS/ECC requirements • Understanding and knowledge of databases (Microsoft SQL, Oracle, etc) • How to query, configure and edit • Understanding of network diagrams, firewall rules, ports and services • Working knowledge of PHMSA control room management requirements • Knowledge of Gas Measurement fundamentals • Ability to create a script or small compiled application
