Strivector's premier client (a well-known market leader in their space) is hiring for the following full-time direct hire position.POSITION OVERVIEWManage full life cycle of sustainability projects — feasibility, design, budgeting, execution, start-up.Develop sustainability strategies and ESG initiatives (LEED, GRI, SASB, etc.).Lead project engineering and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams.Mentor junior staff and oversee contractors.Frequent travel to company sites (up to 40%).QUALIFICATIONSDegree: Bachelor's in Engineering or related field.Experience: 5+ years in capital project management in chemical manufacturing (sustainability/utility focus preferred).Experience in sustainability planning & reporting.Strong project management, troubleshooting, and Lean/5S/Root-Cause Analysis knowledge.Familiarity with OSHA standards; SAP experience preferred.Advanced MS Office skills, excellent organizational and communication skills.Physical ability for plant/site work, including climbing, lifting (up to 50 lbs), and PPE use.Compensation: Based on Experience.
