Responsibilities
- Serve as subject matter expert for process automation systems and equipment
- Lead complex technical initiatives including large-scope changes and system integrations
- Drive continuous improvement projects to enhance operational robustness and efficiency
- Provide 24/7 on-call troubleshooting support and guidance to manufacturing teams
- Collaborate with Validation, Quality, and Manufacturing Engineering on compliance and audit support
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Biological/Life Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field
- 5+ years relevant work experience or equivalent education/experience combination
- 4+ years hands-on experience with DeltaV, PI Historian, and OT Infrastructure
- Expert-level knowledge of S88, S95, batch processing, and validation lifecycle management
- Experience with QMS systems (Veeva or similar) and GMP Quality Processes required
- Proficiency with IT ticketing systems (ServiceNow or similar) and engineering documentation standards
Compensation: $130,000 - $175,000
