You'll work closely with Manufacturing, Process Development, Industrial Engineering, and Operations to improve cycle time, throughput, and redundancy while supporting aggressive program timelines. Your work directly influences fab performance and development success.Responsibilities:Identify and resolve systemic Dry Etch area issues affecting throughput, cycle time, and operational riskModel capacity planning using SQL and Python and lead floor scheduling, and line management for the Dry Etch areaDrive area performance using clear metrics, risk assessments, and data-informed capital decisionsPartner with Industrial Engineering, Process Development, Manufacturing, and Operations to evaluate capacity scenarios and mitigation plansLead safety and quality efforts including audits, good catches, and human QDR follow-upAnalyze operational data to communicate trends, risks, and improvement opportunitiesThrough strong leadership, optimally collaborate with stakeholders to drive projects, lead strategic meetings and drive capacity management decisionsMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Industrial Engineering requiredMinimum 3+ years of experience in semiconductor equipment capacity planning for Dry Etch processDemonstrated experience in fab capacity planning, floor scheduling, line management systems and fab operationsProficiency with SQL, Python, Tableau, and Power BIProven ability to independently manage multiple priorities and continuously learn in a dynamic environmentPreferred Qualifications:Experience developing or deploying area-level operational management tools or techniquesBackground validating planning assumptions or supporting area-level strategic planningExperience driving consistent manufacturing procedures across cross-functional teams and with senior leadershipLeading and influencing independentlyExperience and/or interest in developing Agentic AI workflows into current or future processes.Micron is proud to be an equal opportunity workplace and is an affirmative action employer.
