Senior Engineer, Applications Systems

• Design, build, administer, and optimize Windows Server environments
• Design, build, administer, and optimize Linux environments, including automation scripting, configuration management, and system monitoring
• Manage and support SQL Server, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL database platforms
• Own enterprise application deployment and lifecycle management
• Implement and maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
• Configure, support, and troubleshoot Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud technologies and applications
• Apply AI concepts and risk awareness to support AI-enabled solution integration
• Develop and support cloud and on-premise integration solutions using Python, Integration Builder, and Boomi
• Design, configure, and support computer networks
• Implement and support enterprise security mechanisms including Akamai, CyberArk, and CrowdStrike
• Provide enterprise-level global support, participate in an on-call rotation, handle escalated incidents, perform root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement
• Create and maintain technical documentation, standards, and runbooks
• Collaborate with architecture, development, security, networking, and operations teams
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Extensive hands‑on experience as a systems engineer or similar role across Windows and Linux server environments
• Windows Server administration and build experience
• Linux administration and build experience
• Experience with SQL Server, MongoDB, and PostgreSQL
• Enterprise application deployment and environment management experience
• CI/CD experience with Azure DevOps
• Cloud technology configuration, support, and troubleshooting experience, including Azure, AWS, or GCP
• Python scripting and integration experience
• Experience with Integration Builder and Boomi or similar iPaaS tools
• Computer networking fundamentals and configuration experience
• Experience with enterprise security tools such as Akamai, CyberArk, and CrowdStrike
• Ability to work independently and in teams while managing multiple priorities
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience supporting global organizations across time zones, cultures, and regulatory environments
• Preferred: infrastructure as code, containerization/orchestration, AI platforms and governance, risk and compliance, and relevant industry certifications
