This role requires strong technical expertise in Enterprise Endpoint Management solutions, including Microsoft Intune, Jamf, and Apple Business Manager, with the ability to engage across multiple platforms to solve complex technology challenges.Primary ResponsibilitiesProvide tier 2/3 technical support for endpoint device ecosystemTroubleshoot and resolve complex mobile device management issuesDevelop and deploy configuration profiles, security policies, and app management solutions for iPhones and iPads via Microsoft IntuneDevelop and deploy configuration profiles, security policies, and app management solutions for Mac computers via Intune or JamfSupport business enablement applications including Microsoft 365 suiteCollaborate with IT and business stakeholders to resolve technical challengesDevelop and maintain technical documentationParticipate in mobile technology projects and initiativesRequired Qualifications7+ years overall IT experience5+ years providing desktop support using service management platforms (ServiceNow or similar)3+ years deploying, configuring and supporting iOS/iPadOS in enterprise environments3+ years administering MDM/MAM solutions (Intune, Jamf, or similar)5+ years supporting business applications such as Microsoft 365 productsTechnical SkillsStrong network and VPN diagnostics and troubleshooting capabilitiesProficient in at least one scripting language (PowerShell, Python, JavaScript, or Swift)Experience with PKI concepts and certificate integrationsFamiliarity with SDK integration into mobile applicationsExperience managing headless Linux servers and terminal navigationExperience using foundational tools in DevSecOps and IT operations landscapes (Splunk, GitLab)Professional SkillsExcellent written and oral communication abilitiesStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesAbility to document technical issues concisely and clearlyExperience creating and maintaining technical documentationProficiency with Microsoft Project, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, TeamsBachelor's degree in information systems, Computer Science or related fieldRelevant certifications (A+, MCDST, MTA, MOS, or similar)Experience with Power BIMobile application development experienceAdditional Information: Position may require occasional weekend and/or overtime work.
