To support the optimization of Epic Home Care solutions, the full-time Senior EMR Analyst - Epic will analyze, design, and implement complex systems remotely, enhancing clinical workflows and patient outcomes while mentoring team members and collaborating with clinical leaders. Key responsibilities Analyze, design, implement, and maintain Epic Home Care systems to improve clinical care and patient management Lead the design and implementation of new EMR requests while managing project plans and documentation for complex projects Develop collaborative relationships with stakeholders to ensure outstanding end-user support and effective training materials Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience 5+ years of work experience in a related job discipline Epic certification in the supported application(s) preferred, or required within six months of hire Experience working with Home Care and Hospice teams in patient homes Advanced problem-solving and critical thinking skills
