Senior Employment Counsel — Strategic HR & Compliance

Daikin Applied seeks an Employment Counsel to provide strategic guidance on employment law matters across the organization. You will manage a diverse portfolio, assess risk, oversee outside counsel, and partner with HR and leaders to ensure compliant employment practices.

Location: Plymouth, MN - Hybrid. The role requires JD, Minnesota bar, and extensive experience in multi-state employment law and litigation management.
