Senior Employment Counsel — Policy, Litigation & Compliance

Amcor is seeking a Legal Counsel – Employment & Labour Law in the United States to serve as the primary advisor on U.S. employment issues. You will provide practical guidance, support HR and leaders, and manage or coordinate litigation as needed.

The role requires 8–10+ years of employment law experience, a JD/LLB with an active license, and strong communication skills to influence leaders across the organization. Travel ~10–15% may be required.
