Duties

• Lead and manage cases involving non-compete, non-solicit, and non-disclosure agreements.
• Represent clients in trade secret disputes and employee rights matters.
• Conduct evidentiary hearings and trials, with a preference for injunction hearing experience.
• Collaborate within practice groups to ensure subject matter depth.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in civil litigation, ideally as a senior associate or junior partner.
• Proven experience with evidentiary hearings and/or trials.
• Strong academic credentials.

Education

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida or Georgia.
