Senior Employment & Litigation Counsel (Hybrid)

Belk is seeking an in-house corporate attorney specializing in employment and employment/business litigation. You will act as Belk's internal advisor on employment and litigation matters, drafting and responding to demand letters, coordinating with outside counsel, and supporting HR on policies and risk management.

You will lead internal counsel activities across employment law, wage-and-hour issues, investigations, and policy interpretation, while partnering closely with HR leadership.
