Senior Employment & Labor Counsel - Hybrid NYC

StubHub is seeking a Senior Counsel for Employment and Labor Law in New York. Hybrid work (3 days in office/2 days remote) with primary advisory duties for CHRO and executives on workforce risk.

You will also manage investigations, litigation, and outside counsel while shaping global policies and governance for a public company. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, including advising on regulatory developments and building scalable employment programs across
