Senior Employee Relations Strategist

Chime is seeking a Principal Employee Relations Partner to serve as the primary advisor and escalation point for complex employee relations issues across the organization. The role reports to the People Partner team, balancing risk, compliance and culture to deliver a fair, inclusive employee experience.

The base salary begins at $167,000 and goes up to $230,000. Full-time employees are eligible for a bonus and equity, with the actual offer depending on location, skills, and experience.
