Senior Employee Relations Strategist — High-Risk Investigations

WelbeHealth is hiring a People Senior Specialist (Employee Relations) to lead high-risk ER investigations, guide leadership, and ensure compliant corrective actions. You will conduct interviews, analyze evidence, and partner with Legal and Compliance on sensitive matters.

You will support leaves and accommodations, build ER capability through training, and drive proactive ER strategy to improve workplace culture in a mission-driven healthcare setting.
