Senior Employee Relations Partner: Strategic HR Guidance

Cox Automotive is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Business Partner to provide guidance on employee relations issues and to work closely with leaders, HR, and Legal to deliver a fair and positive employee experience aligned with our company values.

This role manages multiple investigations, champions compliance, analyzes trends, and supports an open, proactive employee relations climate while coordinating with stakeholders and handling confidential matters.
