Senior Employee Relations Investigator & Policy Advisor

Acrisure is seeking a Senior Employee Relations Partner to lead and oversee workplace investigations across the organization. This role partner with HRBPs, leaders, and stakeholders to assess risk, apply policies, and provide practical guidance while safeguarding employee experience and business objectives.

The successful candidate will independently manage a broad portfolio of investigations including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and other misconduct.
