RadNet is seeking an Employee Relations Manager to lead high‑risk investigations and ensure compliant, objective outcomes across the organization. You will partner with Legal, Compliance, HRBPs, and Operations to align investigations with policy and federal/state laws, coaching leaders on corrective actions and risk mitigation.
Required are 5+ years in HR with 3+ years in employee relations/investigation, a Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred), and strong communication skills.
