Senior Employee Benefits Account Leader (Hybrid)

The Cross Family of Agencies in Manchester, NH seeks an Executive Senior Account Manager in Employee Benefits to manage key client relationships, coordinate between employers, employees, and carriers, and ensure high service levels.

You will oversee account management, support marketing and underwriting for renewals, conduct enrollment meetings, and stay compliant with 5500s, SPDs, and PCORI while collaborating with internal teams and carriers.
