Senior Embedded Software Engineer with DO‑178B/DO‑178C

Role: Embedded Software Developer/Engineer

Full Time/Contract

Required Qualifications:

• Shall have 12+ Years of embedded Software Development
• Working knowledge of C, C++, and Python.
• Knowledge of designing new software systems using object-oriented design principles.
• Demonstrated technical leadership capability for working with internal organizations and external customers.
• Knowledge of air/ground messaging and related data link protocols, including ARINC 429, ARINC 618, VDL Mode 2, TCP/IP, and ATN OSI, as well as aircrew human-machine interface design.
• Design, code, test, and provide ongoing support for embedded systems software to meet technical and customer requirements.
• Design and code based on low-level software requirements.
• Build, test, and deliver real-time embedded software to target environments in support of program and customer commitments.
• Assist with system-level testing, working closely with cross-functional areas to coordinate desired solutions, document problem reports, and support resolution activities.
• Participate in design and code reviews with other members of the team to identify and eliminate problems early in the development process.

Qualification:

• Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)
