This role requires expertise in embedded software engineering, BSP development, real-time operating systems (RTOS), VxWorks, Linux, vehicle network protocols, middleware integration, Agile development, and open systems architectures supporting mission-critical defense vehicle platforms.Responsibilities:Design, configure, and test a next-gen software development environment supporting documentation, code, and test artifact generationAnalyze and develop software requirements, architecture, and design using standard modeling and design toolsWrite, integrate, and test embedded software in vehicle domains such as Board Support Packages (BSPs), displays, power management, diagnostics, lethality, embedded training, and software deploymentPerform hardware/software integration, debugging, and validation through multiple testing phasesLead Agile ceremonies (daily scrums, PI planning, retrospectives, demos) and contribute to continuous integration effortsCollaborate across cross-functional teams including Systems Engineering, Software Quality, and Project ManagementDrive integration of multiple CSCIs into complete vehicle software releasesSupport process improvement and maintain documentation to organizational and industry standardsQualifications:U.S. Citizenship is required by Federal LawM.S.
