As a Senior Embedded Software Engineer , you'll play a pivotal role in developing and enhancing the software that powers their robotic lifting systems — collaborating cross-functionally, shaping critical software components, and ensuring the reliability and performance of systems controlling truly massive machines.

What you’ll do:

• Design, develop, and maintain embedded software for robotic lift systems, with a focus on performance, reliability, and safety
• Work closely with hardware engineers to integrate software with electrical and mechanical components
• Create and optimize control algorithms for precise, efficient robotic lifting operations
• Develop real-time control, feedback, and sensor-integration software
• Test and debug rigorously to ensure robust, reliable operation
• Maintain clear documentation across design, development, and testing
• Collaborate closely with mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, and application specialists

What you bring:

• 5+ years developing software for electromechanical products in C, C++, and Python
• Experience with controls, brushless DC motors, and motion control systems
• Proven ability to work independently and deliver robust, well-documented software
• Familiarity with embedded communication interfaces: CAN, SPI, I2C, UART
• Comfort reading complex technical documentation — datasheets, schematics, process diagrams
