Sr. Email Marketing SpecialistUWorld seeks a Sr. Email Marketing Specialist to develop, execute, and measure email marketing campaigns.

Primary responsibilities are demand generation, growth marketing and campaign operations. The email marketing Specialist is also responsible for regularly measuring and reporting traditional marketing and campaign analytics.Responsibilities:Develop, implement, and manage high-quality acquisition programs, campaigns, and activities across the business's online platformsManage email marketing campaigns from beginning to end through plan development, targeting, setup, implementation, and reporting/analysisInitiate and manage lead nurturing programs to accelerate prospect movement through the demand generation funnelUtilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch pointsPlan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion testsMaintain a strong online company presence through digital channelsAnalyze data and make smart recommendations to increase traffic, the number of quality leads, and conversion ratesUse benchmark data from internal and external sources and research and evaluate market behavior, trends and competitors to identify opportunities for improvementDevelop and measure key metrics around the business including user acquisition, conversion rates, and engagement ratesEnsure brand consistencyDesign, develop, and maintain regular reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
