Senior Email Design Lead — Growth & Engagement

H&R Block is seeking a Senior Designer to lead email design across Small Business and Financial Services marketing, translating strategies into engaging customer communications that align with brand standards.

Reporting to Creative within Marketing, you’ll partner with CRM Marketing, Content Strategy, Marketing Operations, Analytics, Customer Experience, and Brand teams to craft impactful emails and maintain design systems and assets for consistency across channels.
