Overseeing the eligibility verification process in revenue cycle management, the full-time Senior Eligibility Specialist will manage complex cases, collaborate with payers, and mentor junior team members while working remotely. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee the verification of patient eligibility and benefits for all insurance payers, ensuring accuracy and completeness Handle complex or escalated eligibility issues, collaborating with payers and other departments to ensure timely solutions Provide mentorship and guidance to junior eligibility specialists, helping to resolve challenging cases and ensuring best practices are followed Required Qualifications Proven experience in eligibility verification within revenue cycle management Strong understanding of insurance policies and payer relations Ability to analyze and interpret eligibility verification reports Experience mentoring or training junior team members Familiarity with billing and coding processes related to eligibility verification
